Who is Company Wallet for?
UK private limited companies of any size, from a two-director start-up to an established business with investors and advisers. You can manage several companies from one account and switch between them.
Does it file with Companies House for me?
Company Wallet imports your company details, officers and filing history, tracks every deadline and helps you prepare your confirmation statement. Your filings stay in your control.
Who can see my documents?
Only the people you invite, and only what their role allows. Shareholders and advisers can be limited to named folders. Identity documents are visible only to the person and the company's owners.
Can my accountant or lawyer use it?
Yes. Invite them as an adviser and pick the folders they can see, such as Accounts & tax for your accountant. You can set an end date on their access.
Do guests in a data room need an account?
No. Guests open the room in a secure web viewer. You can ask them to verify their ID first, and every page they view is watermarked and logged.
What happens if we go over the Free plan limits?
Nothing is blocked without warning. You'll see which limit you've reached and can either pay for the extra item or upgrade to Pro. Only an owner can change the plan.
